Lovene AQlberta Seaton, 86

Lovene Alberta Seaton, 86, of Sedalia, passed away Thursday, January 29, 2015 at Sylvia Thompson Residence Center, Sedalia. She was born on January 17, 1929, in Tyrone, Missouri, the daughter of Jerry and Stella (Jones) Harrison.

Lovene was a generous person and loved making others around her happy. She enjoyed sewing, quilting and making quilt blocks, and cooking for her family and friends.

She is survived by two children, Carla Martin of Sedalia and Terry Seaton of Nixa, MO; one brother, Roy Harrison of Morton, IL; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters and two brothers.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Sylvia Thompson Residence Center or Crossroads Hospice.
