The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's Department crime reports are from the morning of Monday, October 27, 2014.

Sedalia Police Investigating Sexual Assault

Sedalia Police investigated a reported sexual assault in the 3600 Block of South Kentucky, that happened in December of 2012. According to Sedalia Police, the report was not made originally, because the victim was in custody hearings with the suspect.

Several Thefts and Property Damage Reported

A woman in the 200 Block of South Moniteau reported to Sedalia Police yesterday (Oct. 26), that someone she knows came into her home and stole $50 in clothing.

A woman in the 1800 Block of South Beacon reported to Sedalia Police yesterday (Oct. 26), that someone forced entry into the home and damaged the front door.

A woman in the 900 Block of South Kentucky reported to Sedalia Police that someone threw a pumpkin against her front door and damaged the storm door on Saturday (Oct. 25).

A man in the 100 Block of East 3rd, reported to Sedalia Police that someone struck his parked truck, between 8:30 and 11 Friday morning (Oct. 24).

Sedalia Police investigated a report of a hit and run accident at Denny's on Saturday morning (Oct. 25) at 2:35. The owner of the vehicle reported there was damage to the left rear tail light and the rear bumper of the vehicle. A state trooper stopped the unnamed suspect and took the driver into custody for DWI and charges of leaving the scene of an accident is being south on the suspect.

Thirteen Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested Tabatha Crawford for three failure to appear-misdemeanor charges and failure to appear, total bond set at $61,000 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Kyla Potter for a probation violation and failure to appear-misdemeanor, bond set at $10,450.

Sedalia Police arrested Holly Hoskins for a parole violation, bond set at $4,500.

Sedalia Police arrested Amber Sian for assault and failure to obey, bond set at $1,600.50.

Sedalia Police arrested William Kabler for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, bond set at $1,067.

Sedalia Police arrested Leslie Craig for failure to obey, bond set at $533.50.

Sedalia Police arrested David Wilson for failure to obey, bond set at $533.50.

Sedalia Police arrested Christopher Bennet for failure to appear, bond set at $300 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Cody Paxton, bond set at $250 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Emry Williamson for failure to appear, bond set at $200 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Sebastian Lamport for failure to appear, bond set at $150 cash only.

Sedalia Police arrested Leslie Harrell for a Cooper County warrant for exceeding the posted speed limit, bond set at $150.

Sedalia Police arrested Janice Bryan for failure to appear, bond set at $88.50.

Sedalia Police arrested Noah Mitchell for 2nd degree assault and violation of an ex-parte.

Sedalia Police arrested Jimmie Currie for 3rd degree assault and assault in the 3rd degree.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Donald David Hickey for 2nd degree domestic assault.

Sedalia Police arrested Fernando Martinez for driving while suspended.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Clint Lambert, after a vehicle stop on an active warrant of the state of California. Lambert was taken to the Pettis County Jail and placed on 24-hour hold for a Fugitive from Justice Warrant.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Jessica Seeley of Cole Camp for an outstanding Pettis County failure to appear warrant.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Natalie Chick on an active Boone County warrant

Sedalia Police issued a municipal summons to Leland Everhart and Jarone Bartee for loud noise.
