According to a press release from the Drug Enforcement Unit of The Sedalia Police Department, Detectives, Officers and the K9 Unit conducted a no-knock drug related search warrant at 1220 South Massachusetts at 5:36am on the 8th of July. The press release states three adults were detained, and there were also two children in the residence.  The K9 was deployed, and alerted on various locations in the house. Detectives and officers reportedly located methamphetamine, marijuana, controlled /scheduled prescription drugs, packaging material and supplies, drug paraphernalia, and a handgun. The press release also states an investigation revealed that methamphetamine was being distributed from the residence. Arrested at the scene was 30-year-old Harry W. Tobin 4th. He was taken to the Pettis County jail and has been charged with:

Possession of Methamphetamine with intent to distribute

Possession of Methamphetamine

Possession of Marijuana

Possession of controlled/scheduled Prescription Medications

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Felon in possession of a firearm

1st degree Child Endangerment 2-counts

Unlawful transactions with a Child 2-counts

Bond on the charges was set at $100,000

Tobin also had a Pettis County Warrant for a Conservation Violation with a $1000 bond.
