Pettis County Sheriff's Office reports 1-21-19

Pettis County deputies responded to the area of 14872 Drake Road on a structure fire Saturday around 4:30 a.m.

Pettis County deputies responded to 2800 Highway TT on a missing person report Sunday around 1:23 a.m. After an extensive search, the person was located. After being medically evaluated, he was later released back to Four Seasons.

Two people were arrested Friday around 1:20 a.m. in the 1200 block of E. 18th after Pettis County deputies and a Mid-Mo Drug Task Force detective conducted a search after consent was given by the homeowner. Several subjects were located inside. Serghei Boris Ciobanu of Green Ridge was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of marijuana. Jennnifer Catherine Fitzpatrick of Sedalia was arrested on a Texas County warrant. Bond for her was set at $10,000. Both suspects were transported to the Pettis County Jail.

A Warrensburg man was arrested in Johnson County Sunday afternoon at 12:32 p.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that 63-year-old Christopher T. Moore was arrested and charged with DWI (drugs), and failure to drive on the right side of the roadway, resulting in an accident. Moore was taken to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released.
