Attempted suicide investigated by Pettis County Deputies Monday morning

According to a Pettis County Sheriff’s report at 8:10am Yesterday (January 11, 2016) Pettis County Sheriff’s Deputies, the Missouri State Highway Patrol and Cole Camp Ambulance responded  to the 36000 block of Highway “M” on an attempted suicide. There was no further information in that report.

Domestic assault investigated in Smithton early Monday morning

Just after 4am Monday morning Pettis county Deputies responded to a residence in the 300 block of East Clay in Smithton on a domestic assault, that had reportedly taken place. The Sheriff’s report states Pettis County Deputies, and the Pettis County Juvenile Office will be investigating the incident.
