Pettis County Sheriff’s Department Crime Reports for the Morning of October 31, 2016

On Saturday (Oct 29), Pettis County Sheriff’s deputies took a report of a stolen vehicle in the 16000 block of Oak Point Road, in La Monte. A 2002 Honda EX300 had been stolen from the residence. There are no suspects at this time, but deputies are following up on leads, according to the report.

On Saturday (Oct 29), deputies arrested Edward G. Marshall for a violation of an Ex-Parte.

On Friday (Oct 28), deputies arrested Gary Schnakenberg on a probation and parole warrant, in the 20000 block of Sacajawea Road.

Around 9:15 Saturday night (Oct 29), Sedalia Police officers were on patrol in the area of Broadway and Limit Avenue. Officers observed a vehicle driving east, in the west bound lanes. Officers stopped the vehicle at Broadway and South Warren Avenue. Upon contact, the odor of marijuana was detected. A search revealed a large amount of marijuana, prescription pills, and $697.00, in cash. 30-year old Brian K. Johnson, of Sunrise Beach, MO, was arrested and placed on a 24-hour hold in the Pettis County Jail, pending state charges of marijuana distribution, felony possession of marijuana, possession of synthetic narcotics, and 2^nd Degree drug trafficking.
