Monday night, Deputies were dispatched to the Super 7 Motel, 5650 South Limit Avenue regarding a trespassing call. Deputies arrived on scene and made contact with the reporting party, an employee at the motel. The employee stated the subject in room 109 was not allowed to be at the business, and would have to leave the property. The employee handed Deputies the room fee, which was returned to the male subject. The subject, Michael S. Brewington, age unknown, of Tennessee, was found to be heavily intoxicated. Deputies noted his intoxication level and decided he would not be able to care for himself, since he would be walking on the streets and highways when the air temperature at the time of the call was 1 Degree Fahrenheit (Wind Chill -15F). Brewington was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail to be placed on a 12 protective custody hold.

*Note: The Deputy did not specify where the stop took place. The address in the report was only noted as "Grand Avenue".
