Recent Resolutions of Criminal Cases from Pettis County

Here is a sampling of cases that were resolved in Pettis County Circuit Court from March 18 - April 2, 2019; courtesy of Pettis County Prosecutor Phillip T. Sawyer.

Douglas C. Burlingame:  age 51, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 10 and 5 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and 1 count Endangering the Welfare of a Child).

Ashley Mock:  age 37, Otterville, MO was sentenced to two 7 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and 1 count Driving While Revoked).

Eric W. Fields:  age 46, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to five 10 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on 5 Counts of Statutory Sodomy in the First Degree.

Amy M. Gravitt:  age 36, Knob Noster,  MO was sentenced to 7 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after her probation was revoked.

Melinda Sue Lamb:  age 33, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Jamie C. Hern:  age 30, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 12 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for two counts of Distribution of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine in a Protected Location.

Brandon L. Koch:  age 35, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to a 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and 7 years in the Missouri Department of Correction after his probation was revoked.

Austin R. Smith:  age 24, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Stealing.

Bobby L. Clark:  age 38, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 4 years sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Kenkori L. Grant, Jr: age 17, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 and 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Assault and 1 count Unlawful Use of a Weapon).

Mark Randall Nelson:  age 37, Moberly, MO was sentenced to two 3 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and 1 count Tampering).
