You will have an opportunity to tour the Jennie Jaynes Activity Complex and Smith-Cotton Stadium as part of a ribbon-cutting ceremony and community celebration set for 5:30 to 7 pm Monday, March 9, at Smith-Cotton High School.

The event will include Sedalia 200 board members, administrators and Smith-Cotton student groups, including the JROTC Tiger Battalion color guard, New Score Singers, the Tiger Pride Marching Band and various student athletes. Superintendent Brad Pollitt and Board President Dr. Jeffrey Sharp will provide comments before the ribbon cutting. Afterward, the public will be allowed to tour the stadium and its facilities.
