Ronald D “Pud” Harvey, 53

Ronald D. “Pud” Harvey, 53, of Green Ridge, MO, passed away, Sunday, May 12, 2013 in Johnson County as a result of an auto accident.  He was born on September 6, 1959, a son of William Harvey and Goldie (Steward) Haase.

He was an avid KC Chiefs and Tony Stewart fan.  Pud enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He served his country honorably in the US Army.   He is survived by three children, Shane Harvey, Nathan Harvey and Matt Roofe; three grandchildren, Halo, Royal and Heaven-Leigh; two sisters, Cheryl (Jerry) Furnell of Lee’s Summit and Charlene Randall of North Kansas City; two brothers,

Gary (Pam) Ballard of Sedalia and Rick (Angie) Harvey of Sedalia.   He was preceded in death by his parents; stepfather, Bob Haase; and his special companion, Vickie Brandkamp, also passed away on May 12, 2013.   A memorial service will be held at a later date.   Memorial contributions are suggested to the family in care of Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia.
