Smith-Cotton Freshmen Support Sedalia Fire Department

Smith-Cotton High School’s Team Victory on Monday presented members of the Sedalia Fire Department with 22 hand-tied blankets and a monetary donation of more than $1,000 as part of the freshman class’s Day of Service, held Oct. 27.

The blankets, which were created by Team Valor, are to be given out to families in distress. The money was raised through a walk-a-thon.
