The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's reports are from the morning of Tuesday, July 30, 2013.

Sedalia Police were advised that someone broke into a home by the post office in the 400 Block of South Washington. Sedalia Police found three suspects in the area and detained them. Isidio Matacua and DeAndre Willis were arrested for 2nd degree burglary and 2nd degree property and the third suspect was a juvenile.

A woman in the 600 Block of South Ohio reported to Sedalia Police that she was offered a great deal of inventory needed for her business. The victim received email pictures of the items that were offered and the victim purchased $401.34 in supplies with a money order. The woman now believes that the company is not real and she is the victim of a scam.

Last night, Sedalia Police saw two subjects walking in the middle of the street in the area of South Vermont and West 6th. Sedalia Police stopped the two subjects as sidewalks were available. Sedalia Police arrested Justin Dowell for being in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that she was assaulted while at Chez-When Bar on July 26. The woman says she was grabbed by her hair by the suspect.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that she was assaulted in the 1200 Block of East 3rd on July 28.

Sedalia Police arrested John Dory for driving while revoked and failure to appear for having expired plates, bond set at $125.

Sedalia Police arrested Jose Jimenez-Ojeda for failure to appear, bond set at $88.50.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Summer Bennett-Teeter on an outstanding warrant out of Benton County.

Sedalia Police arrested Rickey Everitt for a parole violation.
