Pettis County Deputies Investigating a Case of Arson

Pettis County Deputies took a report of arson that happened in the 1300 Block of East Boonville Road that occurred at 10:34 last night (May 12). The investigation is still pending as of news time.

Several Thefts Reported

A man from Smithton reported to the Pettis County Sheriff's Office that someone stole items from his vehicle between 10:30 p.m. on May 11 and 7 a.m. on May 12.

A woman in the 700 Block of McVey Road reported to Pettis County Deputies that sometime in the overnight of May 11, someone damaged a window at her residence.

A man in the 2500 Block of Southwest Boulevard reported to Sedalia Police that the back window on his Honda Element was broken out on May 11 between 12:14 and 2:30 p.m.

Three people in the 800 Block of Brentwood reported to Sedalia Police that three vehicles were egged between 11 p.m. on May 11 and 7:30 a.m. on May 12.

Pettis County Deputies received a report from a mother that her 5-year-old son had some suspicious bruising on his leg.

Sedalia Police and Pettis County Deputies Make Several Arrests Over Weekend

Sedalia Police arrested Pierre Brooks for having a warrant for failure to appear, bond set at $200 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Nikolaus Barrett for having a Benton County seat-belt failure to appear charge, bond set at $50 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Princesullmon Illohammed for stealing $71.07 in gas from Casey's at 1909 West Main, and was also found to be driving while suspended.

Sedalia Police arrested Tammy Baltew for being in possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Sedalia Police arrested James Miller for a parole violation absconder.

Sedalia Police arrested Jacob Snyder for assault in the 1st and having a warrant.

Sedalia Police arrested Randy Jones for assault in the 3rd.

Sedalia Police arrested Miguel Lorenzo for not having an operator's license.

Sedalia Police arrested Alexander Bradley for driving while suspended.

Sedalia Police arrested Randall Dotson for driving while revoked.

Sedalia Police Find Two Bicycles

A silver and red Huffy Red Rock bike was found the in the 1000 Block of West 3rd.

A 26" Murray bicycle was found in the 200 Block of South Missouri.
