The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Monday, March 23, 2015.

A woman reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone stole her son's identification and utilized it for an I.R.S. claim sometime since January 1, 2015.

A man reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone had used his identification without his authorization or consent, sometime since February 3, 2015.

A man in the area of East 4th and South Porter reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole an electric 40-gallon hot water heater and a gas furnace, valued at $275, from his yard, between 7 a.m. and 2:20 p.m. on March 20.

A woman in the area of West 2nd and South Osage reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole a bicycle last night (March 22).'
Pettis County Deputies received a report that someone kicked in the door to her home and made entry into the home at Four
Seasons Living, between 11:24 p.m. on March 21 and 1 a.m. on March 22. The woman reported to Pettis County Deputies that nothing appeared to be missing.

Sedalia Police received a report on Friday (March 20) that some items were moved and cabinets were opened at their home, between 6 and 11 Friday night.

A man in the area of East 12th and South Murray reported to Sedalia Police that his wife assaulted him last night (March 22) and he suffered minor injuries. The man refused treatment at the scene.

Sedalia Police received a report of a man that was intoxicated and in possession of a firearm on Saturday night (March 21).

36-year-old Lesley Venable was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a concealable weapon, unlawful use of a weapon, possession of drug pharaphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child in the 1st degree.

Pettis County Deputies recovered a license plate to a trailer in the area of Cloney and Yeater Road on Saturday (March 21).

Pettis County Deputies arrested Felicia Jacob on a failure to appear warrant out of Carroll County, bond set at $500 cash only.

Sedalia Police arrested Lydia Hays for failure to appear, bond set at $150 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested David Boggs for failure to appear, bond set at $88.

Sedalia Police arrested Brandon Bom for a Johnson County warrant, bond set at $50.

Sedalia Police arrested Theodus Whitley for a sexual abuse in the 1st and violation of terms of an ex-parte/full order protection.

Sedalia Police arrested Toni Kelzer for a drug violation for possession of other dangerous non-narcotic drugs.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Justin Meyer for a warrant for his arrest.

Sedalia Police arrested Lachelle Flores and Austin Kramer for driving while suspended.
