The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Monday, May 12, 2014.

Several Thefts Reported

A man in the 2500 Block of Margaret Avenue reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole $150 in clothing from his home on Friday (May 9).

Employees of the Shell Gas Station, at 4851 South Limit, reported to Pettis County Deputies on Friday (May 9), there was a $70.01 gas drive off.

A man in the 2200 Block of West 1st Street reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole $8 in 'scratched' lottery tickets from his vehicle on Friday (May 9).

Several Property Damage Cases Reported

A man in the 4500 Block of Forest Park Road reported to Pettis County Deputies on May 10, that someone broke into his trailer. The suspect stole a light blue flatbed trailer, black riding jacket and a black URN. The suspect also damaged a 1990 Lincoln on the property.

A man in the 1500 Block of East Broadway reported to Sedalia Police that someone shot the back window to his 1986 GMC Caballero between 10 am on May 7 and 7 pm on May 9.

A 16-year-old girl reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone broke the rear window on her vehicle on Highway U, near the Flat Creek, and stole a Samsung Galaxy S Note 2 cell phone on Saturday (May 10).

A woman, in the area of East Highway 50 and TT Highway, reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone damaged $500 in items on her property, between April 11 and May 11.

A man in the 1300 block of South Ohio reported to Sedalia Police yesterday (May 11), that someone stabbed his tire with a knife.
Pettis County Deputies responded to a hit and run vehicle accident in the 23000 Block of Sacajawea Road. An overhead power utility pole was damaged in the accident on the morning of May 11.

A woman reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone painted graffiti on the garage door to her residence in the 2200 Block of Woodington Drive on May 8.
A woman in the 400 Block of North Engineer reported to Sedalia Police that someone trespassed on her property on Thursday night (May 8).

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that she was being harassed via unwanted sexual text messages on Saturday (May 10).

Pettis County Deputies recovered a license plate that was found in the 4700 Block of West 32nd on Saturday (May 10).

Several Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested Hillary Jackson for a warrant, bond set at $5,000 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Thomas Averbeck for three failure to appear charges, bond set at $1,500 cash/surety and $100 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Melvin Fahrner for failure to appear, bond set at $225 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Amy Lancaster for failure to appear, bond set at $125.

Sedalia Police arrested Crystal Millard for stealing $3.38 in items from Walmart.

Sedalia Police arrested Clancy Spade for domestic assault in the 3rd.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Kyle Wissman ona Benton County no bonds warrant.

Pettis County Deputies arrested David Woolery for driving with a suspended license.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Sean Maull of Sedalia for a failure to appear to purge contempt warrant.
