The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Monday, May 19, 2014.

Several Thefts Reported

A woman in the 27000 Block of Route 127, in Green Ridge, reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone stole two ATVs, between April 10 and May 18.

A man in the 23000 Block of Highway B reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone stole a gray 'Goodman' heat pump on the overnight of May 16.

A man in the 22000 Block of Cloney Road reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone stole a radiator from a truck, between May 12 and 18.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that she either lost her wallet, or it was stolen, while at Perkins on Sunday (May 18).

Pettis County Deputies investigated a reported burglary in the 3000 Block of Brooking Park on Saturday (May 17). Nothing was taken in the attempt.

Several Cases of Property Damage Reported

A man in the 20000 Block of Highway 50, reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone ran over his mailbox, between May 1 and 18.

A man in the 7000 Block of Walnut Circle Drive reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone damaged his mailbox on Friday morning (May 16). The man bought another mailbox and somebody dented the mailbox and knocked it down on the ground yesterday (May 18).

A woman in the 1800 Block of South Missouri reported to Sedalia Police that she was the victim of a hit and run accident yesterday (May 18). A car drove on the wrong side of the street, struck her car, backed up and fled the accident scene, yesterday afternoon (May 18).

Several Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested 19-year-old Hayden Rhorer after a short pursuit on Friday afternoon (May 16). Sedalia Police stopped Rhorer's vehicle in the area of East 13th and Massachusetts after he was caught speeding. Rhorer gave consent to Sedalia Police to search the vehicle. Rhorer dropped a glass pipe, stepped on it and then ran. Sedalia Police caught up to and arrested Rhorer after a short foot pursuit. Rhorer is charged with drug violation possession of synthetic narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence-felony, resisting/interfering with an arrest for a felony and possession of an open title.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Zackery Edington for a Pettis County failure to appear warrant, bond set at $25,000 cash or surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Wesley Franken for driving while intoxicated and failure to appear-misdemeanor, bond set at $533.50 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Nathaniel Hammersmith for trespassing in the 2nd, fugitive from out of the state and resisting arrest.

Sedalia Police arrested 20-year-old Zachary Stafford to domestic assault in the 3rd, minor in possession and property damage in the 2nd.

Sedalia Police arrested Ronnie Price Jr. for driving while intoxicated and assault in the second degree.

Sedalia Police arrested Robert Pottorff for driving while revoked.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Raymona Wheeler for failure to appear.
