The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Tuesday, November 4, 2014.

Pettis County Deputies and Missouri Department of Conservation Agents were dispatched to Rattlesnake Road and Flat Creek for someone shooting firearms off the bridge. Robert Bishop and Patrick Brown were both gave summons for court in Pettis County.

Sedalia Police went to Sedalia Housing Authority to assist the Department of Social Services Children's Division (DSS). DSS removed two small children ages six months and one year without incident.

A vehicle was stolen from the 400 Block of East 2nd, between 10 pm on Oct. 30 and 2 pm on Oct. 31.

A woman in the 30000 Block of Carpenter Road in Smithton reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone had taken a trailer and scrap iron, valued at $500, from her property between October 21 and November 2, 2014.
A man in the 2100 Block of East 7th reported to Sedalia Police that his vehicle was keyed and the convertible top was slashed on Nov. 1.

Pettis County Deputies received a report that a man either lost his check book or somebody stole it. The man reported he lost his check book, which contained ten checks, a driver's license, two checks for $125, a debit card from Central Bank and $40 in cash.

Pettis County Deputies investigated a minor assault in the 2800 Block of South Ingram yesterday afternoon (Nov. 3).

Sedalia Police investigated an assault in the 1500 Block of West 3rd. The victim had facial injuries.

Pettis County Deputies arrested 48-year-old Monty Pierce for having Pettis County warrants for felony non-support and misdemeanor probation violation for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Pierce was also discovered to have two warrants for failure to appear on traffic offenses out of Leadwood, Missouri Police Department, total bond set at $6,800.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Kehde Adkins for an active warrant for her arrest.
