The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Wednesday, October 15, 2014.

Several Cases of Theft and Identity Theft Investigated

Sedalia Police is investigating a reported case of identity theft. A woman received notice from a Collections agency, called Convergent in Renton, Washington. The agency was trying to collect on a $414.43 bill from Missouri Gas Energy from 2003. The woman did not live at the residence in question.

Pettis County Deputies received a report from a man in the 1400 Block of Boonville Road that someone stole his debit card from his locker on Oct. 13 and made a $47.02 transaction.

Pettis County Deputies received a report of $1,600 in property damage and theft that happened in the area of Highway TT and 32nd Street in Maplewood on Oct. 10.

Pettis County Deputies received a theft report from the 6500 Block of Monsees Drive on Oct. 14. A 42-inch flat screen, Playstation 4, four controllers and six games were stolen from the home.

Several Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested Christopher Edwards for two charges of failure to appear-misdemeaner, bond set at $407 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Destiny Matz for a Pettis County warrant, bond set at $1,500 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Leslie Jones for failure to appear and driving while suspended, bond set at $88.50.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Carl Beard for failure to appear.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Donald Bradley Jr. for an outstanding warrant.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Gary Spradley on an active Benton County warrant.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Mark Wagenknecht of Sedalia on an active Pettis County warrant.
