Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff’s Department: Crime Reports For Tuesday, February 3, 2015

The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2015.

A man in the 400 Block of Albright Court reported to Sedalia Police that he was assaulted by a man with a baseball bat last night (Feb. 2). The suspect, 19-year-old Mark Montano, was found and arrested. Montano will face charges of burglary in the 1st, assault in the 1st, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Cheyenne Smith on an active Morgan County warrant, bond set at $100 cash only.

Sedalia Police arrested Donald Knox Jr. for domestic assault in the 3rd and concealing a controlled substance in the county jail.

Sedalia Police arrested Stephen Fletcher for domestic assault in the 2nd.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Nathaniel Stanton for an active Sedalia Municipal warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense.
