The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Friday, March 20, 2015.

Sedalia Police made a drug bust off a routine traffic stop yesterday afternoon (March 19). Sedalia Police stopped a vehicle for improper registration in the area of West Pettis and North Grand. Sedalia Police recognized a passenger, Xavier Hall, had known warrants. Hall was arrested for failure to appear-felony and failure to appear-misdemeanor. Sedalia Police found a baggie or residue inside his pocket and there was a black case with several baggies in the vehicle. Hall is facing additional charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, drug violation for possession of synthetic narcotics and distribution of other dangerous non-narcotic drugs. Hall's bond is set at $20,000 cash/surety.

A man in the area of West 11th and South Sneed reported to Sedalia Police yesterday (March 19), that his 1997 Harley-Davidson Sportster motorcycle was stolen from out of his garage sometime in the overnight.

A man reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone opened up a bank account at U.S. Bank under his name, without permission.

A woman in the area of South Montgomery and East 13th Street, reported to Sedalia Police that someone broke a window to her home early this morning (March 20).

Pettis County Deputies received a report of property damage that occurred in the 13000 Block of Curtis Road in La Monte.

Sedalia Police received a report this week of an assault that happened at Centennial Park on March 16. A boy was assaulted at the park by three subjects and one of the subjects displayed a knife, during the incident. The victim had minor injuries as a result of the incident.

Sedalia Police went to the area of East 6th and South Wagner for a disturbance in progress. A man and a woman were actively fighting on Wednesday afternoon (March 18) in the street. Sedalia Police found neither party were injured and both were released at the scene, pending further investigation.

Sedalia Police arrested Corey Elder for stealing a bottle of alcohol from Wood's, bond set at $533.50.

Sedalia Police arrested Terez Lewis for driving while suspended.
