Two Cases of Identity Theft Reported

A man called Sedalia Police from Houston, Texas, and said that he applied for a certain job that required a background check. The man found that somebody stole his identity that has a criminal record in Sedalia. The man reported to Sedalia Police that he has never lived in Sedalia.

A woman in the 300 Block of East Cooper, reported to Sedalia Police that her husband had been in prison for over a year and about a month ago, discovered another person forged his named to a car title. The suspect traded the car for another vehicle.

Thefts and Property Damage Reported to Sedalia Police

A man in the 20000 Block of Whitfield Road, reported to Pettis County Deputies that he either lost or someone stole his black Taurus .45 Caliber, 5-shot revolver handgun, sometime since July 1.
A man in the 1700 Block of East 16th, reported to Sedalia Police that somebody burglarized his home yesterday (July 7).

A man in the 200 Block of East Johnson reported to Sedalia Police that someone spray painted all over two of his vehicles yesterday (July 7).

Several Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested Claudine Cozine for failure to appear, bond set at $25,000.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Robert Brandcamp for having a Pettis County warrant, bond set at $2,500 cash or surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Adam McAlister for a Pettis County warrant, bond set at $1,000 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Daniel Ford for failure to appear, bond set at $88.50 cash only.

Sedalia Police arrested Lucia Macias for leaving the scene of an accident.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Tristan Neth on an active Pettis County warrant
