Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff’s Reports: Morning of October 17, 2012
A woman in the 1300 Block of South Ohio reported to Sedalia Police that somebody stole $296 in property on Tuesday morning (October 16).
A man on Florence Road in Smithton, reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone broke into his house on Friday night.
A woman reported to Sedalia Police that her room in the Truman Inn was ransacked. Clothing items were missing from her suitcase and a large hole was in the drywall. The woman believes she may have left the door ajar.
A vacant home in the 400 Block of East 7th was ransacked sometime since August 1.
A man on Lee Road reported to the Pettis County Sheriff’s Office that someone damaged his vehicle while it was parked at his residence on October 8 or 9.
Sedalia Police went to Bothwell Regional Health Center’s Emergency Room to investigate a report of a dog bite. A young child was bit in the thigh and Animal Control was following up on the dog’s shot record.
