Sedalia Police were on a routine patrol yesterday morning when they noticed a small child sitting in a stroller in front of a home on the sidewalk and nobody around. The parent was found and a hotline call was made.

A woman in the 2400 Block of South Barrett reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole her Xbox from her home in the past six weeks.

Two female subjects came into Breaktime at 318 West Broadway and took items from the business without paying for them.

A man in the 2400 Block of West Main reported to Sedalia Police that both license plates were stolen from his vehicle in front of a home in the 1900 Block of South Harrison.

A man in the 30000 Block of Pony Path Road in Smithton reported to Pettis County Deputies that damage was done to his soybean field.

Sedalia Police arrested Margaret Freiwald for having a Pettis County warrant, bond set at $1,500 cash/surety.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Alvin Heyer of Aullville at U.S. 50 and Arator Road in Smithton for an active Higginsville, Missouri warrant for his arrest and felon in possession of a firearm.

Sedalia Police arrested Joseph Gardner for driving while revoked and improper vehicle registration.
