Sedalia Police Department reports

Sedalia Police arrested Aaron Jason Brown, 24, Green Ridge, for Failure to Appear-misdemeanor and Failure to Appear-Felony after a traffic stop on a gray Dodge Ram for defective tail lights at 13th and Osage at 11:26 p.m. Sunday. He was one of four occupants in the truck. Brown was wanted on drug-related warrants totaling $20,000 in bond money. Brown was transported to the Pettis County Jail with a court date to be determined. In addition, Savannah Taylor Stetzenbach, 19, Cole Camp, was also arrested during the stop. She was the driver and wanted for Failure to Appear Upon Arrest or Summons on a Municipal warrant. She was also transported to the Pettis County Jail. Her bond was $90.50 and her court date is Dec. 21.

Charles O. Chadwick, 22, Sedalia, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana and on a Pettis County warrant. He was a suspect in a found property case, the report said. He now has a court date of Jan. 18. His bond was $150.

Joseph W. Marcelle, 27, Sedalia, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor (for no insurance) after a traffic stop at Saline and Albright Court Monday morning. Marcelle was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a $150 bond.

Heather M. Miller, 38, was arrested in the 1700 block of S. Engineer at 1:32 a.m. After Sedalia Police responded to a disturbance that took place there in a car on Tuesday. After investigation, Miller was taken into custody, charged with 3rd degree Domestic Assault and transported to the Pettis County Jail.

Matthew Carter, 33, homeless, was arrested on a felony, no-bond parole violation warrant Monday afternoon at Probation and Parole, 205 Thompson Road. Carter was taken into custody and held, pending being transported to the Missouri Department of Corrections by his parole officer.

Lindsey Rose Keeling, 27, Sedalia, was arrested for Failure to Appear Upon Arrest or Summons after an officer observed two people walking illegally in the roadway at 20th and Missouri at 4:31 a.m. on Monday. A computer check revealed she was wanted on a Municipal warrant for (traffic offenses). She was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a $50 bond and a court date of Jan. 11.

Clinton E. LaDue reported that someone stole a Sony in-dash car stereo from his vehicle while parked on the street at the Bothwell ER between 4:15 and 10:30 p.m. Sunday. The stereo was valued at $150. There are no suspects.

A woman reported that someone stole her purse from McDonald's, 1611 S. Limit, on Monday afternoon. There are no known suspects.

A CVS Pharmacy employee reported that a white male attempted to walk out of the store at 100 E. Broadway without paying for a bottle of alcohol on Monday evening around 7 p.m. The employee was standing near the exit when the alarm sounded. The employee made contact with the suspect, who pulled the bottle from under his coat and gave it to the employee. The suspect then left the store.
