Sedalia Police Crime Reports for March 30, 2017

On Thursday at 1:05 a.m., Sedalia Police arrested Willie B. Carter, 66, Sedalia, on a Pettis County warrant (Driving While Revoked) after officers responded to a disturbance in the 500 block of N. Osage. Carter was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a $326.50 cash bond.

On Tuesday afternoon, Kyle R. Weiss reported damage to the rear door of his residence in the 1100 block of S. Grand. An attempt to enter the home was made between 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. March 28, causing damage to the door and the frame.

On Wednesday evening, Austin Chewning reported a theft from his unlocked car between 10 p.m. Monday and 8 a.m. Tuesday. Taken were a cell phone charger, two cigarette lighters, a pocket knife and a key, collectively valued at $20.

On Wednesday evening, Charlie Nicks reported a burglary in the 400 block of N. Park. According to the report, someone entered his home and stole several items. There were no further details listed in the report.
