Sedalia Police crime reports 5-30-17

Sedalia Police arrested Luis Gonzalez-Muniz, 35, Sedalia, for Driving While Revoked after officers responded to the 600 block of E. 10th on a disturbance around 7:45 Monday evening. According to the report, the suspect was leaving as officers arrived on scene. He then pulled in behind the incident residence and both parties were appeased with police intervention. A computer check revealed the suspect was revoked. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail and issued a Municipal Court summons and a June 21 court date.


 

Alicia Marie Sims, 26, was arrested after Sedalia Police responded to a disturbance at 3rd and Stewart at 3:54 a.m. Sunday. According to the report, there were several subjects on the scene, and one of them (Sims) was allegedly highly intoxicated and screaming, causing a peace disturbance. She was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a $283.50 cash or surety bond, and given a June 21 court date.


 

Dillon James Pettis, 20, Hughesville, was arrested for Driving While Suspended after Sedalia Police conducted a traffic stop on a green Ford Ranger for no front license plate. A computer check revealed that Pettis was suspended. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail and given a July 5 court date.


 

Amber Felicia Howe, 29, Sedalia, was arrested on a Pettis County warrant (Driving While Suspended) at 6th and Moniteau at 8:15 p.m. Sunday. She was taken to the Pettis County Jail on $2,500 cash or surety bond. Her court date is to be announced.


 

On Monday afternoon, Paul A. Chancellor reported damage to metal railing on his property at 770 Winchester. Concrete was broken where the railing was detached. There are no suspects.
