Sedalia Police reports 9-1-16

Sedalia Police arrested Heather Renee Nichols, 25, on three misdemeanor warrants late Wednesday night in the 100 block of E. 11th. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a $450 cash bond, with a court date to be announced.

Joshua Nolly DelaCruz, Sedalia, was arrested on a Failure to Appear-misdemeanor after a traffic stop at 16th and Grand on Monday morning. The original charge was possession of marijuana out of Johnson County. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a $350 bond.

Justice KT Workman, 17, Sedalia, was arrested on a shoplifting charge and minor in possession of alcohol after Dollar General reported a theft to Sedalia Police on Wednesday morning. Workman allegedly left the store with alcohol concealed on his person. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.

Wesley Adam Franken, 28, was arrested after Sedalia Police responded to the Bothwell Regional Health Center lobby on Wednesday afternoon on a report of trespassing. Franken was wanted for Failure to Appear Upon Arrest or Summons and transported to the Pettis County Jail on a $90.50 cash bond and a court date of Sept. 14.

Richard E. Froehlich, 56, Sedalia, was arrested on an active Pettis County warrant Wednesday morning at North William Parkhurst Drive and Market Street. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a $10 bond and a Sept. 13 court date.

Police took a report of damage to a vehicle in the 2100 block of E. 9th on Wednesday. The suspect threw a rock into the driver's side window, completely shattering it, the report said.

And Pettis County Sheriff's deputies took an assault report on Monday that occurred in the area of 32nd and Rissler Road. Investigation continues.
