The following Sedalia Police, Missouri State Highway Patrol and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Friday, January 30, 2015.

Sedalia Police investigated an assault that happened at the Smith-Cotton Jr. High. A girl reported to Sedalia Police that she left an assembly in the auditorium to another part of the school, when a suspect slammed her arm in the locker on two occasions.

Sedalia Police investigated a report that someone was impersonating an officer in the 900 Block of South Kentucky on Jan. 20. The suspect was staying at a home and threatened to arrest someone. Sedalia Police investigated and found the suspect stole items from a roommate in Carrolton.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that her husband was sent an advance check for remodeling homes in Sedalia. The check was deposited and discovered that the check was made on a closed account.

A woman in the 1400 Block of South Sneed reported to Sedalia Police that someone she knows stole a pair of tennis shoes from her on Jan. 29.

Sedalia Police arrested Jennifer Ray and Gerald Durrill after a cell phone was stolen in the 1500 Block of South Missouri. Ray will be charged with burglary in the 1st and 2nd degree, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia and a drug violation for possession of other dangerous non-narcotic drugs. Durrill is charged with burglary in the 1st and 2nd degree, resisting arrest for a felony and driving while suspended.

Sedalia Police made a routine traffic stop and arrested Aron Handley for possession of drug paraphernalia, distribution of marijuana and a drug violation for possession of marijuana after a traffic stop led police to find a large compressed green leafy substance, concentrated marijuana wax and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 31-year-old Chad Keckler for felony possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, felony resisting by fleeing, no valid license, littering, failure to display valid license plate and no seatbelt.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 24-year-old David Wooden, of Warrensburg, for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 29-year-old Timothy Hurr, of Warrensburg, for felony possession of methamphetamine, driving while revoked, displaying plates of another vehicle, no insurance and no seat belt.

Sedalia Police arrested Jeremiah Jones for a Pettis County warrant, bond set at $3,500 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Kimberly Dixon for stealing from Dollar General, at 713 East Broadway, bond set at $533.50 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Travis Bellew and Misty Fizer for driving while suspended.

Sedalia Police issued a municipal summons for stealing to Dillon Martin.
