Tuesday afternoon, Officers were dispatched to the Bothwell Healing Arts Center in the 3700 block of West 10th Street in reference to a hit and run accident. Amber Woolery reported her vehicle was in the parking lot and was struck earlier that same morning.


 

Sedalia Police were dispatched to the lobby of the Police Department Tuesday afternoon in reference to theft that occurred at the Wal Mart store, 3201 West Broadway Boulevard. Phyllis Domann reported she left her phone in the bathroom, and when she went back, the phone was missing.


 

Tuesday afternoon, Officers were dispatched to the Probation and Parole Office, 205 Thompson Road, to conduct a warrant check. The suspect had a felony Parole Violation on original charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Timothy Ryan Barrett, 35, of Sedalia, was arrested on his warrant. Barrett was transported to the Pettis County Jail to be held with no bond.

Officers were dispatched to Allen Industries, 1001 North Grand Avenue Monday morning in reference to a theft report. Suspects cut a pad lock off a storage shed and stole six full gas cans that were inside. The suspects also stole four trailer tires. The total value of the items stolen and the damage caused totaled at approximately $800.00.


 

Tuesday morning, Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of North Quincy Avenue in reference to a property damage report. Clinton Shoemaker reported someone threw paint and lotion on their truck sometime in the overnight hours.


 

Monday afternoon, Officers conducted a warrant check in the 1000 block of South Harrison Avenue. When Officers arrived on scene, the suspect was standing on the front porch. She then proceeded to run inside the home. Officers gave pursuit, and made entry into the home. Then, the suspect was secured without further incident. Jessica Lynn Collins, 35, of Sedalia, was arrested for a Probation Violation warrant on original charges of Stealing and felony Possession of a Controlled Substance from Cole County. Collins was transported to the Pettis County Jail with no bond.


 

Officers were dispatched to the National TV and Rental, 1400 South Limit Avenue Suite 10, in reference to a report of failing to return rental property. The suspect failed to pay for or return the property they had rented. The incident is under investigation.


 

Monday afternoon, Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of West 4th street in reference to a vehicle theft. Jacolby Monteer stated his Honda Grom was stolen earlier in that same day.
