Monday morning, Officers conducted a warrant check in the 200 block of South Osage Avenue. The subject was arrested for a Failure to Appear warrant in their name that carried original charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Without a Valid License. Luis A. Sotelo Alvarado, 27, of Sedalia, was arrested on his Failure to Appear warrant. Sotelo Alvarado was transported to the Pettis County Jail to be booked, pending a cash only bond of $150.00.
