Early Wednesday morning, an Officer took a report of an Unlawful Use of a Credit Device. Michael Elwood reported an unknown subject used his credit card number to make an unauthorized purchase online. The total amount stolen was $796.25, making the charge a Class D felony. There was no further information in the report.

Monday evening, Officers responded to the Snap Fitness, 711 East Broadway Boulevard for a hit and run crash report. Luke Hargrave reported a vehicle was struck in the side. The vehicle that struck the victim's vehicle left the scene without providing information. Information for a report was collected.


 

Early Wednesday morning, a truck was stopped in the area of West 16th Street and South State Fair Boulevard after it conducted an improper turn. An investigation revealed the driver was intoxicated. Shannon Maurice Kimball, 38, of Sedalia, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. Kimball was processed and released to a sober driver with a municipal citation for DWI.
