Smith-Cotton High School’s Vocal Music Department Hosts Winter Concert

Smith-Cotton High School’s Vocal Music Department, under the leadership of Director of Vocal Music Chris Kindle, had its annual winter concert Thursday, Dec. 11, in the Heckart Performing Arts Center at the high school. Performing were Broadway Velocity, Smith-Cotton Junior High’s show choir; the high school mixed chorus; Cabaret, the all-female show choir; and New Score, the high school’s mixed show choir. The 11-song show opened with all performers surrounding the seating area and singing “Adeste Fideles” and closed with them on stage, joined by S-C vocal music alumni, singing the “Hallelujah Chorus.”
