Smith-Cotton’s Cantu to Play Football at William Jewell

Smith-Cotton High senior lineman Juan Cantu has accepted a scholarship to play football at William Jewell College in Liberty.

Cantu joined the Tigers football team his senior year.

S-C Football Head Coach Charlie McFail said: “Despite his late start, Juan really took to the sport and learned very quickly. With his great attitude, work ethic, and coachability I have no doubt that Juan will excel at Jewell."
