When news broke that Dickie Doo BBQ was closing its doors on April 6 after being open since 1974, the people of Sedalia mourned the lost of such a great venue for live music, great food and good times. The following story comes from Denny Perkins over at our sister station, 92.3 BOB-FM.  I have been sitting on this for a while now, just waiting for the right time to talk about it.  Unfortunately, I guess there is no right time and the word is out.  Dickie Doo BBQ, which has been open since 1974, is closing it's doors after Saturday night's show with Smokestack Soul.
