Just when you thought CarMax raised the bar of cuteness with their "Slow Bark" commercial, Budweiser's Super Bowl 2014 commercial went and melted our hearts.
The Sedalia Police Department received two new law enforcement tools last Friday (Nov. 1), and according to Sedalia Police Chief John DeGonia they were put right to work. The two additions to the force are of the furry, four-legged canine variety. Their names are Gallo and Charlie.
Halloween is right around the corner. All the kids are excited to put on their costume, go trick-or-treating and collect all the candy that they can. That is the tradition of Halloween. Adults dress up and usually consume too much of that liquid gold and make a fool of themselves. Halloween doesn't stop there though: people have started to get their dogs in the Halloween festivities.

The Sedalia pools' season officially came to an end with the 2013 Doggie Dive at Liberty Park Pool last night (Sept. 3). Dog owners brought their dogs out for a night of splashing in the pool, fetching balls and even a few dog races and dives in the deep end.

On Tuesday, an enraged mother in Providence, Rhode Island attacked a news crew when they showed up to interview her about the shooting of her daughter at a graduation party. As a result, she was charged with two counts of felony assault. So much for breaking the cycle of violence.
First of all, how could somebody just dump a bunch of adorable puppies in a trash can? Seriously? What is wrong with people? Fortunately, for every (horrible monster of a) person who throws away puppies like they're garbage, there's a person who will rescue said puppies from the trash.
