Women’s Service League Cupid’s Ball Still Has Limited Tickets Available [INTERVIEW]

I'm sure you guys remember all the very rude weather we had a while back. As a result of that, a lot of great events got cancelled because it just wasn't safe to ask people to get out. The 17th Annual Cupid's Ball was one of those events, and Sedalia heard the horrible sound of so many little hearts breaking at once. Well now the event is back on, scheduled for Saturday, March 29!

Boy Scout Troop 66 Hosting Chili and Soup Supper This Weekend [INTERVIEW]

If there's any comfort food that people tend to turn to around this time of year, it's definitely some warm soup or chili.  And if you're like me, making it yourself can be a bit of a hassle.  Maybe I'm just lazy. But I'm not too lazy to eat chili or soup to help someone else. That's just what you can do with Sedalia Boy Scout Troop 66 this weekend.

Sedalia Noonday Optimists Serve Breakfast at Little Big Horn Cattle Company to Help Sedalia Kids [PHOTOS]

Sedalia Noonday Optimist Club is always doing something in our area to help kids. They do the Haunted Hayride, Casino Night, golf tournaments, and breakfasts like these. Sedalia Noonday Optimist Club held their 10th Annual Breakfast at the Little Big Horn Cattle Company on Saturday, Feb. 22.

When I was a kid, I pretty much just did kid stuff.  I tried to eat candy, I played in the yard, and I didn't have to do anything that you'd qualify as "responsible."
