Two Suspects Arrested After Kidnapping Mother and 7-Year-Old Son from WalMart Parking Lot in Warrensburg

Two suspects have been arrested after kidnapping a woman and her 7-year-old son from a WalMart parking lot in Warrensburg on Thursday (Dec. 5). Alan E. Briscoe age, 23 of Knob Noster and Kevin A. Ratte age 21 of Warrensburg are facing charges of kidnapping, child kidnapping, 1st degree robbery, stealing a motor vehicle and sexual misconduct.
