Three people were injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred Wednesday evening in Camden County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a northbound 1985 Ford Crown Victoria, driven by 31-year-old Travis J. Roderick of Camdenton, was on Route FF, one-quarter mile south of Brown Bend Road around 7:20 p.m., when the driver failed to negotiate a curve and the vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway, and overturned.

Roderick suffered moderate injuries, and was transported by Lake West Ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital for treatment.

His passenger, 26-year-old Shelby L. Page of Edwards, suffered serious injuries, and was flown to University of Missouri Hospital.

Another passenger, 29-year-old James W. Page, also of Edwards, suffered minor injuries and refused treatment at the scene.

All three were not wearing their seat belt at the time of the crash, according to the report.

The Ford was totaled and towed from the scene.

Camden County Deputies assisted the Patrol.

Roderick was later arrested by the Patrol at 8:09 p.m.,  for driving while intoxicated in a crash involving serious physical injuries, no valid driver's license, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway inolving an accident, no insurance and no seat belt.
