Watch a Volcano Explode (And, Yes, It’s Intense)

Ever actually see a volcano erupt? You’re about to.

A man on a boat off the coast of Papua New Guinea captured Mount Tavurvu when it exploded, spewing smoke and ash skyward.

The loud explosion also adds an element of nature’s fury, as well.

Philip McNamara was on a boat off the coast of Papua New Guinea filming Mount Tavurvu in the distance when the volcano exploded, sending up a plume of ash and smoke.
