2 Injured in Saline County after Freightliner Overturns

Two people from Ava, MO were injured early Thursday morning in Saline County after a Freightliner overturned.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the accident just before 5:00, on Highway 2 at SW 421 Road.

According to the online crash report, a 2012 Freightliner traveled off the road, overturned and struck a utility pole.

The driver, 38-year old Joelandal J. Harley, suffered serious injuries and a passenger, 37-year old Janice A. Harley, suffered moderate injuries.They were taken to Fitzgibbon Hospital for treatment.

The Freightliner was totaled and towed.
