United Way of Pettis County will hold five public meetings to receive input on its 2020 Grant process.

The one-hour meetings will take place:

Feb. 28 at 8 a.m. at US Bank, 3615 W. Broadway, third floor

March 4 at noon at Best Western, 3120 S. Limit

March 6 at 5 p.m. at Best Western, 3120 S. Limit

March 8 at 2 p.m. at MU Extension, 1012 Thompson Blvd.

March 11 at 12:30 p.m. at Pettis County Community Partnership, 1400 S. Limit

The Core Principals in which the United Way of Pettis Country is nearing their focus include:

1. Health: Improving Access to Care, and Improving Health Literacy

2. Education: Improving 3rd grade reading levels, Improving Attendance, Improving readiness to enter school

3. Income Stability: Removing Barriers to Employment and Education

4. Basic Needs: Preventing Homelessness, Preventing Hunger insecurity
