A Pit Bull is reported running loose summons issued to the owner

On Monday Sedalia Police received a complaint involving a Pitt Bull running loose in the 1000 block of East 13th. The police report states the owner of the dog was located and issued a court summons.

Traffic stop results in arrest for arrest for Sedalia man

At 5:11 pm Monday evening Pettis County Deputies made a traffic stop at Broadway and Beacon. The Sheriff’s report states 19-year-old Yony Joel Palma Chinchilla was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail where he was booked and released on the charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license, but the arrest report states he was placed on 24-hour hold on a charge of failure to display lighted lamps on a vehicle.
