
Boonville Woman Stopped Before Rolling $1200 Of Merch Out The Door At Walmart
On Monday, Sedalia Police responded to 3201 West Broadway (Walmart) for a report of a theft in progress.
The caller was a member of asset protection, who said that a subject was getting ready to push a shopping cart full of merchandise out the door without paying for it.
Upon arrival, the suspect had already been stopped by asset protection and over $1200 worth of merchandise was recovered. During a subsequent search of the suspect, a glass meth pipe was located.

35-year-old Brittney N. Wright of Boonville was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail. She now faces charges of shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia.
