Callaway County Sheriff’s Office Investigating Death Of A Man Whose Body Was Found By Lake

HOLTS SUMMIT, Mo. (AP) — A central Missouri sheriff's department is investigating the death of a 55-year-old man whose body was discovered in a lake. A Callaway County sheriff's spokesman tells the Columbia Daily Tribune the department got a call at 10:21 p.m. Tuesday about a suspicious vehicle on private property south of Holts Summit. Soon after that call, a resident found the body of Mark Wenkel of Holts Summit.
