We're a little more than three weeks away from the end of Daylight Saving Time.

We all know that this Halloween is going to be a little different. Moms and Dads may be a little hesitant about the kids going out trick or treating this year. For some it won't change at all.

Some people are just... wound up tight, you know what I mean?
