Funeral Announcements for January 23, 2026

The family of Colleen Phyllis (Porter) Kauble, 89, will receive friends beginning at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 24 at the Lutheran School Association Gymnasium in Cole Camp, where a celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 25 at Sheffield Cemetery in Arcadia, Kansas.  Arrangements by Fox Funeral Home.

A celebration of life for Robert Earl "Bobby" Ellis, 68, of Sedalia, will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 23 at Rea Funeral Chapel.

A prayer service for Nadezhda Ivanovna Zalozh, 77, of Spartanburg, South Carolina, formerly of Sedalia, will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, Jan. 23 at Word of Life Church, Sedalia. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 24, also at Word of Life Church. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date for Richard Daniel “Rick” Bain, Sr., 67, of Sedalia. Arrangements in care of Heckart Funeral Home.

No formal services will be held for William Farris "Bill" Dale, 75, of Sedalia. Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A celebration of life for Shawna Lynn Wilson-Paredes, 49, of Sedalia, will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 24 at The Foundry.

The family of Beverly Sue Simmons, 73, of Otterville, will receive friends from 12 to 1:15 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 28 at Heckart Funeral Home, where funeral services will begin at 1:30 p.m. Burial will follow in Olive Branch Cemetery near Syracuse.
