Funeral Announcements for April 8, 2026

A private service for Minnie Lena Jett, 85, of Stover, will be held at a later date at the Stover Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Scrivner-Page-Dady Funeral home in Stover.

A celebration of life for John "Scott" West, 63, of Sedalia, will be announced by the family at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Funeral service for Martha Emma (Klindworth) Bonin, 93, of Peoria, Arizona, will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 18 at Brauersville Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Brauersville Lutheran Cemetery near Cole Camp. Arrangements are in care of Fox Funeral Home.

The family of Lillie Emilie Bass, 96, of Kansas City will receive friends beginning at noon Saturday, April 11 at St. Luke's United Methodist Church, 9420 James A. Reed Road, Kansas City with funeral services to be held at 1 p.m. with Committal services will be held at 5 p.m. at Brauersville Lutheran Church near Cole Camp followed by burial in Brauersville Lutheran Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Fox Funeral Home.

A celebration of life for Linda Joyce Jones, 77, of Sedalia, will be announced by the family at a later date. Cremation arrangements are in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A Celebration of Life for Glen Charles Lemmon, 53, of Sedalia,  will be held at 2 p.m. April 17 at First United Methodist Church Celebration Center. Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

There will be no formal services held for Vickie L. Shackles, 70, of Sedalia.

Mass of Christian Burial for Irene Silva Alejo, 57, of Sedalia, will be at 9 a.m. Saturday, April 11 at Sacred Heart Chapel of St. Vincent de Paul Parish. Vigil services will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, April 12 at Heckart Funeral Home. Burial will take place in Mexico at a later date.
