Circuit Court Cases Resolved in Pettis County 1-10-20

Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County from December 16, 2019 to January 6, 2020.

Amy L. Hilton: age 35, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Kalie L. Kluge: age 28, Kansas City, MO was sentenced to two 3 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Forgery and 1 count Fraudulently Attempting to Obtain a Controlled Substance-Promethazine with Codeine).

Joseph Dylan Edward Marquess: age 22, Warsaw, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Stealing.

Brandon L. Kelch: age 29, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Martin S. Browning: age 32, Goodson, MO was sentenced to three 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters (1count Disarming a Peace Officer, 1 count Resisting an Arrest and 1 count Tampering).

Fredrick T. Curry: age 39, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections under 559.115 for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Wesley D. Greer: age 42, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Child Molestation in the First Degree.

Tyler N. Laura Martin: age 30, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 7, 7 & 7 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters (1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, 1 count Possession of Controlled Substance-Clonazepam and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Suboxone)to run consecutively with another 7 year sentence for Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Korey Isenberg: age 31, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 and 2 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.
