On Thursday, July 16, the Pettis County Circuit Court forfeited a 2006 Dodge Charger that was seized as part of a narcotics investigation from August of 2018, conducted by the Pettis County Sheriff's Office, with the assistance of the Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force near Campbell Road and Kearn Road in rural western Pettis County.

During the investigation, three people were arrested and subsequently pleaded guilty to drug-related offenses:

*Desereee Mosher pleaded guilty to 1st degree trafficking of a controlled substance, a Class A Felony
*Dustin Keller pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, a Class D. Felony
*Rose Hesse pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, a Class D. Felony

Pettis County deputies also seized approximately 175 grams of methamphetamine, as well as the Charger, which belonged to Keller. The Charger was found to be involved in the sale or distribution of a controlled substance, and therefore forfeited by the Court.
