Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County Law Day on March 16, 2020.

Gregory A. Bierschbach: age 43, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 7 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Matthew Stephen Harris: age 28, Marshall, MO was sentenced to 10 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Stealing.

Brett D. Marler-Norton: age 28, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to eight 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on eight separate matters (2 counts of Driving While Revoked, 1 count Leaving the Scene of an Accident, 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Marijuana, 1 count Assault in the 3rd Degree, 1 count Stealing, 1 count Burglary and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine).

William I. Howe: age 33, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Domestic Assault in the 2nd Degree.

Michael G. Jones: age 58, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 1 year in the Pettis County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Hans M. Goeth: age 41, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Forgery.
Brian Eugene Tripp: age 32, Warrensburg, MO was sentenced to two concurrent 1 year sentences to serve in Pettis County Jail for possession of a controlled substance.

Virgil L. Taylor: age 41, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 10 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and 1 count Trafficking in the 2nd Degree).

Adam T. Moseley: age 26, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine
